What exactly is a MORRGARY floor kit?
A MORRGARY kit is a custom-fit wooden floor set for a specific electric vehicle pattern. A full kit covers up to seven components: the floor panels, floor mats, transition bridge, footrest, welcome sill, the hidden aluminum track, and a trunk floor panel. Every pattern is developed from 3D scan data of the original vehicle floor, so panels follow the original contours rather than a universal shape.
Is the core of the panel really wood?
Yes. The main panel is an aluminium–wood–aluminium composite, hot-pressed in a single cycle: an aluminum sheet on top, a genuine solid wood core of 6–7 mm in the middle, and an aluminum sheet below. The core is real wood — not a printed film, not a veneer, and not recycled plastic. When you cut through a panel, you can see the actual wood core in the cross-section.
Which car models do you support?
We currently produce kits for 13 developed vehicle patterns, including the AITO M9 (our most requested pattern), AITO M8, LUXEED V9, ZEEKR 9X / 009 / 8X, NIO ES8 / ES9, LI AUTO L9 / i8, LEAPMOTOR D19, VOYAH Taishan X8 and IM LS8. We only list patterns that are fully developed and in production — every model shown on this site is available to order.
How is the kit installed — do I need to remove the original floor?
No. The kit uses a fourth-generation integrated hidden track: all tracks and fittings are mounted on the underside of the panels, so nothing is visible from above once installed. Installation does not require removing the original floor or drilling into the body — the panels are aligned and laid in place, and the original interior stays intact.
Will the floor rattle or come loose over time?
The hidden track is a one-piece aluminum profile integrated into the panel design, which reduces the number of loose fittings by around 40% compared with conventional track systems. Fewer separate clips and strips means fewer parts that can work loose or cause noise. If any issue does come up, our after-sales team responds within 24 hours.
How wear-resistant is the surface?
The panels use our Diamond-Rock pressed surface with a reinforced wear layer, rated to 16,000 revolutions on the standard abrasion test — roughly five times the wear life of a typical UV-printed surface, which is usually rated around 3,000 revolutions. The pressed surface also gives the grain a visible, tactile depth rather than a flat print.
Is the panel lighter than conventional floor materials?
Yes. At the same thickness, our wood-core aluminium panel is around 59% lighter than a conventional panel of comparable structure. Weight matters in electric vehicles: less mass on the floor means less impact on range and handling.
How precisely do the panels fit the car?
Every pattern is developed from original-vehicle 3D scan data, with a target fit tolerance of less than 0.5 mm. The tooling is made in-house, which is what allows us to keep patterns accurate and release new vehicle patterns continuously.
What colors and finishes are available?
Our finish library currently covers 560 finishes across six series: Marble (279), Natural Wood (73), Parquet (38), Starry (15), Chinoiserie (37), and Fabric & More (118). Each finish has its own code, so specifying a finish for a quote or an order is unambiguous.
Can I order a custom color or pattern?
Yes. Beyond the standard library, we support custom finishes based on a physical sample or a reference you provide, as well as custom combinations of pedals, footrests and other kit components. Custom work is always developed on the same 3D-scan base, so accuracy is unaffected.
How do I get a quote?
Send us your vehicle model, the finish you are interested in, and your country through the contact form, WhatsApp, or email. We will come back with a quotation for your specific configuration. We do not publish fixed prices because each kit is configured per vehicle pattern and finish.
Which markets do you serve?
Our first-phase focus is left-hand-drive markets for premium electric vehicles: Russia, the United Arab Emirates, Germany, the Netherlands, Norway and Israel. We ship internationally from our factory in Huzhou, China, and support remote installation guidance for owners and local workshops.
Where is the factory, and can I visit?
Our factory is in Nanxun District, Huzhou, Zhejiang — a region known as one of China’s wood flooring capitals. The plant covers about 6,000 m² with dedicated workshops for hot pressing, surface finishing, laser cutting and assembly. Visits are welcome; contact us in advance to arrange one.
What after-sales support do you provide?
Floor panels carry a 3-year warranty and kit accessories a 2-year warranty against non-man-made defects. Our after-sales team responds within 24 hours, diagnoses remotely by video where possible, and arranges replacement parts when needed.
Do you work with dealers and fitment shops?
Yes. We supply dealers, fitment shops, detailing studios and delivery centers, including volume and repeat orders, with in-house tooling and continuous new-pattern development. Contact us to discuss cooperation for your market.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Kits are packed for export and shipped from China to the customer or to a local workshop. Because each kit is custom-made per vehicle pattern, we confirm the configuration with you before production starts.
